Flight check-in

Check-in opens while you're busy living. Pally handles it and texts you your seat.

Check-in windows have a talent for opening mid-dinner. Hand it to Pally: it works the airline's site in its secure browser at the right moment and reports back with your boarding details.

iMessage

can you check me in for tomorrow's flight when it opens?

Yep, AS 310. Check-in opens at 10:15 tonight. I'll handle it then and text you your seat.

Pally

How it works

Ask Pally to handle check-in before the window opens, and identify the flight. Add the preference that matters most, such as an aisle if one is available. Pally confirms the flight and when check-in begins so the request is clear well before the moment arrives.

At the right time, Pally works through the airline's website in its secure browser. If the site needs you to sign in or complete a step only you can handle, Pally sends a secure browser link so you can take that step directly rather than sharing passwords or codes in the text.

Once the check-in is complete, Pally reports back in iMessage with the boarding details it received, including your seat. If the requested seat was not available or the airline presented another choice, the result tells you what happened instead of leaving you wondering whether check-in ran.

You can reply before the window opens to change a preference or correct the flight. Afterward, ask for the seat again or clarify the result. The task remains in the same conversation from the early handoff through the final check-in update.

Common questions

When should I ask Pally to check me in?
Send the request before the airline's check-in window opens and include enough detail to identify the flight. Pally can confirm the opening time and handle the website when that moment arrives.

What if the airline asks me to sign in?
Pally can send you a secure browser link to complete a required sign-in yourself. The site step stays with you, and Pally can continue the check-in flow after you finish it.

Is my preferred seat guaranteed?
No. Tell Pally whether you prefer an aisle or window and it can use what the airline makes available during check-in. The result reports the seat you received so you know whether the preference worked out.
